- Collapse short single-statement braces in client.cpp to match the clang-format used by CI. - Raise CMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM to 3.5 so the fetched googletest release-1.8.1 still configures under CMake >= 4.0 on the CI runners.
