Publish fully expanded JSContact 2.0.2 pack

What changed

• publishes the JSContact starter pack as version 2.0.2
• provisions a fully expanded, editable JSContact type so nested fields are available in mdbase-editor
• retains the immutable 2.0.1 provision URL while removing it from catalog discovery
• adds reusable local JSON Schema expansion tooling and validation

Why

The editor can edit nested schemas, but the previous starter retained local $ref indirection. The new starter expands every finite local reference into the installed type while preserving genuinely recursive references.
