ci(release): the index bump is proposed by the index's own updater - #837

Since openxlings/xim-pkgindex#1027 one updater edits every recipe (`xpkgindex-update.yml`), and `.github/scripts/version-check.py`, which bump_index.sh ran inside a clone, is gone. The 2026.10.24.1 release's publish-ecosystem failed on the missing file; its bump was dispatched by hand (xim-pkgindex#1047). bump_index.sh now dispatches the updater for xim:<project> and waits for `auto/bump-xim-<project>-<version>`, failing when it does not appear, so the step stays blocking. Since openxlings/xim-pkgindex#1027, one updater edits every recipe in the index (
xpkgindex-update.yml, pinned to openxlings/xpkgindex-update). That change also removed.github/scripts/version-check.py, whichbump_index.shran inside a clone of the index. As a result, the 2026.10.24.1 release'spublish-ecosystemjob failed:The bump for that release was dispatched by hand:
gh workflow run xpkgindex-update.yml -f package=xim:mcpp, which produced openxlings/xim-pkgindex#1047.bump_index.shnow runs that same dispatch and waits forauto/bump-xim-<project>-<version>. If the branch does not appear within 20 minutes, the script fails and names the updater's runs. The release step therefore stays blocking (A4), and the recipe keeps a single writer. The updater requires both the GitHub and GitCode resources, and the mirror step runs before it.Verification
