Correct the
RULES.dmlink label in CONTRIBUTING.md and align the library documentation with the existingsh_testwrapper,bashtest_shtarget, and bzlmod support. Add the missingtest_tmpdirandskip_testentries to the package README and fix spelling and grammar in the rules and READMEs.Validation:
