Job Market Analysis (Panda's, SQL & Power BI)

Project Overview:

Understanding in-demand skills and high-paying job opportunities is critical for career growth. This project analyzes job postings data to uncover trends in salaries, skills, and opportunities for Data Roles , using Python , SQL for Data extraction, cleaning, analysis and Power BI for visualization.

Key Features:

  1. Top-Paying Roles: Identify the top 10 highest-paying Data Analyst positions (remote-friendly).

  2. In-Demand Skills: Analyze the most sought-after skills across the job market.

  3. High-Value Skills: Combine salary and skill data to highlight skills that maximize career potential.

  4. Interactive Dashboard: Explore trends by role, company, and location with Power BI.

Technical Approach:

1.Data Extraction & Cleaning.

•SQL queries using joins, subqueries, window functions, and aggregations.

•Filtered for non-null salaries and remote positions.

  1. Analysis:

•Identified top-paying roles with salary ranges.

•Determined most in-demand skills by frequency across postings.

•Linked skills to high salaries to prioritize learning paths.

  1. Visualization

Power BI dashboard visualizes salary distributions, skill demand, and job trends.

  1. ML Prediction & Optimization

b) High-Demand Skills: SQL, Excel, Python, Tableau, Power BI.
