docs: point the swap page repo links at malbeclabs - #202

doublezero-offchain moves from the doublezerofoundation org to malbeclabs. Updates the three links on the SOL to 2Z swap page in all eight languages. Do not merge before the transfer. The new URLs 404 until the repo moves.
