Send recall_parameters to running InvokeAI

This is a draft implementation of the ability to send "recall" and "remix" to a running InvokeAI, allowing InvokeAI-generated images in photomap to be sent back to InvokeAI for further work.

There are two missing features:

1. There is no UI for setting the config variables for recall. They have to be added to config.yaml manually.
2. Authentication against password-protected InvokeAI instances (i.e. when running in multiuser mode) is not yet implemented.
