Creates a new Home Assistant MQTT configuration file (raspberrypi/home_assistant/mqtt.yaml) based on the existing OpenHAB settings. The generated YAML defines manual MQTT entities (Sensors, Selects, Switches, Numbers) matching the MQTT topics used by Poupool.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 8184497892549548557 started by @lostcontrol

Creates a new file `raspberrypi/home_assistant/mqtt.yaml` containing the translated MQTT entities from the existing OpenHAB configuration. The new configuration uses Home Assistant best practices for manual MQTT entity declaration, mapping items such as sensors, numbers, selects, and switches to their appropriate HA platform. Original units (like seconds) are maintained without conversion, and standard device classes/state classes are utilized. The legacy OpenHAB configuration is kept intact.
