Added p1, p2 and p3 config files for lifecycle tests. Also disabled breaking tests which causes the system to lock up. Signed-off-by: Aniket Sahu <asahu1x@linux.ibm.com>

Looks good to me. Some auto checks has failed can you please fix it before we merge it.
