Bumps the Go version from 1.26.4 to 1.26.5 to address CVE-2026-39822 (root escape via symlink plus trailing slash in
os).Verified with
govulncheck: the CVE is detected on 1.26.4 (package level only —os.Rootis never called) and no longer reported on 1.26.5. Build and tests pass.
