The README.md architecture section referenced a non-existent 'workflows.py' file and described agent.py as containing 'every intent tool', but commit 04f3fdd reorganized the codebase into separate tool files (tools_.py), task files (book_.py, verify_*.py), and added instructions.py.
This would have misled developers trying to locate AgentTask subclasses or understand the module structure.
