Clarify enterprise features and env vars on license keys page

Rewrites the "Enterprise features" section of /self-host/customize-deployment/enterprise-license-keys so readers can tell exactly what the license key unlocks and how to turn each feature on.

Changes:

• Replaced the vague bullet list ("Advanced authentication", "Extended analytics"...) with a concrete feature table.
• Each feature row now lists the enabling environment variable and a link to its docs (custom roles, service accounts, SCIM, AI Analyst / AI agents, multi-agent Slack, MCP, results caching, embedding, pre-aggregates, data apps, AI writeback).
• Added an "Enterprise SSO providers" table (Okta, Azure AD, OneLogin, generic OIDC, Snowflake/Databricks OAuth) with the required env vars and setup links.
• Tidied deployment snippets into tabs (env var / Helm / Docker Compose), tightened the intro, and added related docs.
• Made the reminder about AUTH_ENABLE_OIDC_TO_EMAIL_LINKING when using SCIM + SSO explicit.

Validated with mint validate and mint broken-links — both pass.
