The star history chart in README.md is currently broken because the GitHub stargazer API restricts access. Switch to the new star-history.dera.page domain, which uses a different data source that requires no API token, so the chart renders correctly again.

The star history chart shown in the README is currently broken due to restrictions in the GitHub stargazer API. This change points the chart to a new provider that uses a different data source requiring no API token, so the chart displays correctly again.
