eventsource-client: crate version and.release-please-manifest.jsonmove from 0.18.0 to 0.18.1, with a new CHANGELOG section dated 2026-08-24.The release notes record the only user-facing change since 0.18.0: minimum supported Rust (MSRV) raised from 1.95 to 1.96 ([#145]).
