Added generated ApplyConfiguration types that can be used with
client.Client.Applymethod since the oldclient.Client.Patchwith theclient.Applytype is deprecated beyond 0.36 of the kubernetes API.Caveat: we delete the
utils.gofile andinternalpackage since those require apimachinery whilst giving us low-necessity functionality.Also, since kpt types are not actual CRDs, this change is just for included/embedded types in consumer CRDs, mainly in Porch.
Almost all of the additions are generated code.
