Motivation
The "Environment Policies" page had a brief section on policy enforcement gates, but it only scratched the surface. Enforcement is a distinct concern from policy authoring — it deserves its own page covering all the ways to gate deployments: CI/CD pipelines, the API, and Kubernetes admission controllers.
