Overview
Release 0.101.0 bumps package version metadata and changelog; the functional SDK changes mirror new vault plan and entitlement fields from the API.

Organization entitlements now include a features.vaults flag (FeaturesVaults.enabled) and limits.max_vaults (optional; null = unlimited, with vault access still gated by the feature flag). GET /org/limits responses add max_vaults and vaults_used on OrgLimits, and the limits client docstring now mentions vault usage alongside managed auth.

Vault upsert docs describe plan behavior: free orgs are capped at 3 non-deleted vaults org-wide; paid plans and active trials have no cap; upsert by existing name still works at the limit.
