Overview
Release 0.80.0 bumps package version and changelog from OpenAPI codegen.

Managed auth (canonical flow): connections.submit gains optional field_values (field ID → value) and selected_choice_id. ManagedAuth and SSE ManagedAuthStateEvent responses add fields / choices with stable IDs (prefer over discovered_fields and legacy MFA/SSO/sign-in option lists when present).

CI: lint, build, and test jobs use depot-ubuntu-24.04 for any repo under stainless-sdks/*, not only kernel-python.

Docs/tests: Proxy check tests use https://example.com as the sample url.
