Summary

• Reworks the portfolio into a darker developer/system-console aesthetic.
• Adds route-style navigation, a YAML deploy ledger hero panel, operating signal chips, profile/capability/trace sections, and refreshed project/repository cards.
• Keeps the hidden shell interaction and adds a visible Open shell CTA.
