This PR only updates the _vercel.devargho.json TXT record to satisfy a new Vercel domain ownership verification challenge for devargho.is-a.dev.

I own the domain devargho.is-a.dev (GitHub: @Boredooms), and this is the only change required.

It appears that the current CI failure is unrelated to this PR and is caused by:

• _vercel.himanshupal.json: Parent subdomain "himanshupal" does not exist

The failing checks are not associated with domains/_vercel.devargho.json.

Could you please acknowledge this and merge/rerun the checks once the unrelated issue is resolved?
