bug: custom ion icon and components are not migrated

Codemod version

0.4.0

Current Behavior

• Custom ion-icon are incorrectly migrated and breaks the build/app
• HomePage and HomePageModule have not been migrated to standalone.

Expected Behavior

Custom ion-icons and all the components are migrated to standalone and the app can be build/run
