Watchers of :test-cover were waiting out launchApp 180s and Detox retries. Name the healthy launch strings and the known fail strings so a failed launch stops instead of looking like a mid-suite stall.

mainalready has 搂 startup fail-fast poll. This adds extra abort matches to that table: Metro bundle URL, missingDetox.framework, Android ABI mismatch, stale Jet client, and exhaustedlaunchApptimeout.launchApp failure reason=during in-process retry is not an abort.Also adds the
#startup-fail-fast-markersalias and a stalled-run pointer at the poll section.Keeps the existing Do not match rules:
currentStatus/APP_STATUStimeout is latency, and Metro:12007is only a serial leftover when paired withemulator-5554.Maintainer note: Related to internal CPRN-334
