organized UI functions better retina display uses vector font Ported erincatto/box2d@f2086ed to C#.
Follow up the C# port of erincatto/box2d@f2086ed by matching the printf output used by the samples after HUD text moved to ImGui. Extend FormatFloat with printf-style precision, preserve invariant decimal formatting and lowercase boolean text, and correct malformed interpolation in the TOI, prismatic joint, velocity, benchmark, and diagnostic displays. This keeps the visible labels, precision, alignment, and punctuation consistent with the original samples. Add regression coverage for general-format precision. Verified with Debug and Release solution builds and the full net8.0, net9.0, and net10.0 test matrix.
