## Overview Issue #21 に基づき、Node Core/CLI の製品名を `miku-backlog-api` へ移行するためのローカル実装と実施計画を追加します。GitHub リポジトリ名の変更、Release 作成、姉妹 Skill リポジトリの移行は後続の人手ゲートとして扱います。 ## Changes - `miku-backlog-api` を package、製品メタデータ、CLI、bundle、Release asset の正規名とし、version を `0.7.0` に更新 - `backlog-api` を `0.7.x` の package CLI compatibility alias として維持 - local toolset、trace origin、verbose event type、traceability mapping を新名称へ更新 - build、smoke、Release workflow、README、開発・runtime handoff 資料、テストを新名称へ整合 - Issue #21 の名称変更計画と TODO の進捗を更新
