Papers — first-author, under review at international journals: forward premiums in indirect transmission-right auctions (JEPX), reservation pricing for data-center backup BESS, and data-center siting against grid-capacity disclosure. Earlier work also covers infrastructure condition panels, farmland-to-solar conversion, OpenUSD interoperability, and POI data validation.
