Pin third-party actions to the same SHAs as sdk-python, add setup-java for OpenAPI Generator, derive package version from Cargo.toml, and run cargo test for default and rustls feature sets. Add integration tests (wiremock + tokio) that deserialize a model, exercise Configuration like the Python README, and call list_workspaces against a mock server.
Add job env for spec repo/path, optional openapi_spec_ref input with default main, and build the GitHub contents URL from those variables.
