pyproject.toml,requirements.txt, andtest-requirements.txtto.openapi-generator-ignoreso the generator stops clobbering hand-maintained packaging, and replaces the fragile regex re-injection inregenerate.ymlwith a direct version bump plus a dependency-drift check that fails the regen if the generated client requires a runtime dep we don't declare.
