Replace the AGPL LICENSE with the MIT License, flip all SPDX headers (18 suidhelper source files) and Cargo.toml/mix.exs license fields to MIT, and update the README license/contributing sections plus .devin/wiki.json. Drop the Contributor License Agreement: under MIT the dual-licensing rationale is moot, so contributions are accepted inbound=outbound with contributors retaining copyright. Deletes CLA.md and the AGPL NOTICE file and removes their references.
