Closing: TypeScript 7 (native compiler) has no JS API, which svelte-check ^4.x depends on for typechecking (landing + dashboard). This is blocked on upstream svelte-tooling support for TS 7 — will revisit once svelte-check supports it. See sveltejs/language-tools#2675.
