Switch the E2E Containerfile base from node:24 to node:24-slim to shrink the image (~1.1GB -> ~250MB), speeding up the GHCR push and the container pull in every Playwright shard. Cache Playwright browser binaries between runs, keyed on the installed Playwright version, so only system deps are reinstalled on a cache hit.
