New jit option key that enables listing of a nested jit directory under the usual patch directory.
This allows for jit specific patches to be litsted and applied if the user enables it.
The patches are supposed to enable jit as default for the OTP version that is being built, so no further flag or argument must be inserted to switch on the JIT...
