Weekly refresh of the auto-managed blocks in profile/README.md. Two of the three blocks changed; only marker-block interiors are touched.

Sources and windows

  • Now building / What each team is shipping — Linear, all five teams, 14-day window (2026-08-03 → 2026-08-17).
  • Recently shipped — GitHub releases and merged PRs across the three guild repos, 7-day window (2026-08-10 → 2026-08-17).

Now building — Green Goods reframed: the August v1.3.0 cut hasn't happened yet, and a month of accepted work is merged and waiting on it. Commitment Pooling moved from "architecture frozen" to actually in build across contracts, indexer, and the shared API. Community Needs & Signals now reflects the community engagement model rather than the attestation architecture. The Greenpill Network website line picks up the steward editing rebuild alongside the map polish. PGSP is unchanged — node setups and first-cohort assembly are still the live state.

Recently shipped — unchanged, deliberately. Nothing shipped in the 7-day window: no tagged release in any of the three repos, and no merge to a shipping branch. Green Goods merged 26 PRs this week but every one landed on develop; main (the branch releases are cut from) hasn't been touched since Jul 31. .github had no merges, and network-website's last merge was Aug 1. Rather than blank the section, the existing v1.2.1 entry stands — it remains the guild's most recent actual release. It will refresh itself once v1.3.0 is cut.

What each team is shipping — Product now leads with the Commitment Pooling build (indexer, settlement and crediting contracts landed; admin QA batch). Research swaps the Impact Framework reviewer line for the engagement model, after closing the off-ramp corridor review. Community picks up the weekly gardener/operator check-in and the completed agroforestry pilot onboarding. Growth is deliberately generic — the applications and prospects that moved this fortnight are unannounced, so the line names no partner, program, or amount.

Marketing is dropped this week. No Marketing issue completed or genuinely progressed in the 14-day window; the only recent touches were an administrative dedupe and a metadata edit on issues completed back in June. Per the routine contract a quiet team is skipped rather than given a placeholder line, so the section now carries four bullets. It will return when the demo-video batch moves.

Outside the markers — flagged, not changed: the repo's relative-link check reports routines/claude/guild-grant-scout.md -> url. It's a false positive — a literal [text](url) inside prose explaining link formatting — and it's pre-existing on main. No change made.

Public-safe: no issue IDs, no status-update content, no funder or partner names that aren't already public, no amounts.

Refresh the auto-managed Now-building and Team-shipping blocks in
profile/README.md from Linear (14-day window) and GitHub (7-day window).

Recently-shipped is unchanged: no tagged release and no merge to a
shipping branch landed across the guild repos in the 7-day window.

This PR only refreshes public profile text in one Markdown file; the copy intentionally omits a quiet Marketing team and has a conditional scope-wording question. The impact is limited to documentation clarity, so no actionable merge-blocking risk remains.

Poem

A rabbit reviewed the README with care,
Found fresh project notes waiting there.
Green Goods grew, and teams took flight,
Marketing hopped out of sight.
“Ship on!” said the rabbit, “The page looks right!”

Confirm that Season Two is not guild-wide framing.

If Season Two is a guild-wide label, replace it with a project-specific description. If it only names the pilot gardens, make that scope explicit.

- **Product** — building Commitment Pooling across contracts, indexer, and the shared API, having just landed the pooling indexer and the settlement and crediting contracts alongside a batch of operator-admin QA fixes.
- **Research** — shaping the community engagement model behind Needs & Signals, after closing an independent review pass over the capital off-ramp corridor research.
- **Community** — onboarding the Season Two pilot gardens and holding a weekly gardener and operator check-in, having just completed the agroforestry pilot's operator onboarding and closed out the support-coverage rotation.
- **Growth** — working the funding pipeline, with grant applications in drafting and review and a first community-currency allocation model for gardens taking shape.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win

Keep the team heading consistent with the entries.

Line 41 says “What each is on right now,” but this block now lists four of the five teams. Change the heading to refer to teams with qualifying activity, or add a brief Marketing entry stating that no qualifying activity was found.
