Create a go release

Thank you for this project.
Would it be possible to add a go.mod to it and release it so that it has a valid go version i.e. tagged with v1.0.0?

Trying to import as v1.0.0 fails because... the tag is missing the v prefix!

Currently, trying to use the release fails both with the v:

$ go get -u github.com/go-http-utils/headers@v1.0.0                                  
go: github.com/go-http-utils/headers@v1.0.0: invalid version: unknown revision v1.0.0

It succeeds without the v, but then go.mod doesn't show 1.0.0 as the version:

$ go get -u github.com/go-http-utils/headers@1.0.0
$ grep header go.mod
	github.com/go-http-utils/headers v0.0.0-20161116095340-dd89efed1674
