desktop_insert can't type into a Save sheet's filename field #390
Description
Found in study scenario 20b (#218) on 0.0.38, after #382 fixed Save sheets (#378).
desktop_insert into the Save sheet's filename field failed with: "Literal insertion could not establish its read-only preflight … focused element AXWindow failed with AX error -25212" ("Exact focused-element receipt is stale"). The agent recovered with desktop_type, and the save succeeded.
Likely cause: literal insertion's read-only preflight still finds the focused element's window through AXWindow directly. #382 (githubnext/desktop-tools#8) routed the pre-mutation identity check through AXWindowIDResolver.owningWindowID, which walks up to the owning same-process window, but the insert preflight was not changed. The fix belongs in the Peekaboo patch set in githubnext/desktop-tools.
Expected: desktop_insert works in sheet fields, the same as desktop_type.

Fixed in #402, which pins desktop-tools to githubnext/desktop-tools#9. The keyboard and insert focused-element receipt now resolves sheet and Save panel fields to the window the sheet is attached to, so a missing AXWindow (-25212) no longer fails it. Input is admitted only while that sheet is the key window. Not yet verified against a live Save sheet. Please rerun scenario 20b on a build that includes #402.

Verified in study scenario 20c on Canary 0.0.42. desktop_insert typed the filename into TextEdit's Save sheet on the first try, and the file was saved correctly with no rescue. One minor gap: the image that desktop_insert returns showed the main document rather than the sheet, so the preview doesn't confirm where the text went.
