I am contacting you today to request a DMCA Takedown in accordance with your policy. Having read your guide on the matter I am happy to declare that I have read and understand GitHub's Guide to Filing a DMCA Notice.

I am writing on behalf of RenderHeads Limited - a registered company in the [private] (company number: 06025549). I myself am a [private] and [private] of the company.

Our company produced assets which we sell on the Unity Asset Store (https://assetstore.unity.com/publishers/780). We are in the process of identifying github repositories that contain versions of our assets. This contravenes the Unity EULA for re-distribution - https://unity.com/legal/as-terms : under the following sections:

- Section 3.5
- Appendix 1 : section 2.2.1

We have, after spending many days working through our list of repositories in breach of copyright for all our products, reached out to many of the github users (where a contact email was given or could be sourced) and have been met with compliance in the vast majority of breaches.
