Adds skills/forge/SKILL.md teaching agents to use the forge CLI when working with GitLab, Gitea, Forgejo, Codeberg, or Bitbucket remotes instead of falling back to gh. Commands verified against forge --help output. Also broadens the plugin description to cover repository management, adds forge to the README install instructions and skills table, and bumps the plugin version to 0.2.0. Prompted by git-pkgs/forge#126.
