Summary
Adds exact regression coverage for the attribution loss observed during
gt modify --all --into <downstack-branch>.Coverage
commit,commit-tree,merge-tree, andupdate-refsequence captured from Graphite 1.8.6 debug logs.gtbinary with an isolated home and no Graphite authentication.The two regressions are ignored in this lower stack PR and activated by the implementation PR immediately above it, so every submitted stack level remains green.
