Remove the alert timeseries comparison utility left behind after its GetSentry job was retired.
Sentry PR #87113 introduced the comparison logic, and GetSentry PR #16925 added the job that called it. GetSentry PR #19956 later removed the expired job, but its Sentry implementation remained without a production caller.
