Bumps the
nextdevDependency inpackages/nextjsto 15.5.21, which includes several security fixes.Since
withSentryConfigdetects the installed Next.js version at test time, two tests were updated to expect Next 15 behavior: externals live in top-levelserverExternalPackagesinstead ofexperimental.serverComponentsExternalPackages, andexperimental.instrumentationHookis no longer set. The Next <15 path remains covered by the tests mockinggetNextjsVersion.ref #22537.
