Bump react-dock from 0.2.4 to 0.8.0

Description

This PR bumps react-dock to the latest version, the latest version supports both react 16 and 19.

The current version might work with react 19, but by updating the library, we avoid getting the peerDependency warning.

Looking through their changelog there doesn't seem to be any major breaking changes besides the export being changed from default export to a named export.
