v2 of the swissnames is not b3dm content... so maybe we stick to the previous description?

Description
This change documents the Swissnames 3D label dataset.
It makes
tileset.jsonthe primary entry point for 3D Tiles datasets.It limits the direct B3DM URL pattern to datasets that publish B3DM content.
It documents the Swissnames v2 3D Tiles 1.1 manifest, GLB content, and feature metadata.
Merge blocker
https://3d.geo.admin.ch/ch.swisstopo.swissnames3d.3d/v2/tileset.json.Do not merge this PR before the PROD dataset is ready.
