This fixes 2 bugs mentioned in #179. The bullet initialization fix is easy and straight forward. I'm less sure about the hud fix. I'd love to hear if anyone else has any recommend way to wait for VRAM to be writable for things like hud updates.
I also fixed quite a few spelling errors in Part 3.
And finally I added
.symoutput in the Makefile based on the info from Part 1
