The prerelease workflow created GitHub releases with the bare tag as title (vX.Y.Z). The notify-tap workflow validates for 'fusionAIze Gate vX.Y.Z' format, causing a silent failure on every release. Now the title is set correctly at creation time, so the Homebrew Tap notification triggers automatically without manual fix-up.
