The FORRT Replication Database is now the FORRT Library of Replication Attempts (FLoRA). This updates the two prose mentions and their links.
publishing.qmd: the table row is renamed to "FORRT Library of Replication Attempts (FLoRA)", and the submission link points to https://forrt.org/replication-hub/submit instead of the oldt1p.de/fred_submitshort link.choosing_study.qmd: the sentence on browsing replications is renamed to FLoRA, and the explorer link points to https://forrt.org/explorer. The citation in that bracket is unchanged.Both URLs were checked and return 200. The naming matches the expansion already used in
background.qmd.Entries in
references.bibkeep their original wording, since they are titles of published papers and packages.Closes #49
