Before it sometimes happened that the interfaces would stay in the DOWN state after switching and would only go to UP after running
netplan applyagain.Now the order of enabling
networkd, disablingNetworkManagerand applying netplan config should be such that this does not happen.Tested on a newly flashed Jetson board
