docs(organizations): remove machine access tokens section - #59

The section documented an Auth0 client-credentials flow that required contacting Flox for a client ID and secret. Service accounts cover the same org-owned, non-interactive access and are created in FloxHub by organization owners. Removes the Machine Access Tokens section from
concepts/organizations.mdx.It documented an Auth0 client-credentials flow that required contacting the Flox
team to be provisioned a client ID and secret. Service accounts,
added in #56, cover the same org-owned non-interactive access and are created by
organization owners in FloxHub.
The only inbound link was the token-expiry note in
imageless-kubernetes/config.mdx, which now points at Service accounts instead ofthe removed anchor.
