Code Review

This pull request updates several dependencies in package.json and package-lock.json. Specifically, it bumps @typescript-eslint packages from version 8.62.0 to 8.67.0, @google-cloud/firestore from 8.6.0 to 8.7.1, and @google-cloud/storage from 7.19.0 to 7.22.0. There are no review comments, and I have no feedback to provide.
