docs: update Fingerprint branding

[JuroUhlar]

• Updates product-facing docs and examples from FingerprintJS Pro/Fingerprint Pro to Fingerprint and Fingerprint React SDK.
• Removes the stale FingerprintJSPro import from the README example.
• Adds the missing root eslint-plugin-prettier dev dependency so the existing pre-commit lint hook can resolve the preact example config.
