Add face recognition benchmark pages

Summary

• add the Face Recognition workload landing page
• publish Single, Small, Medium, and Large result tables
• link the workload from the benchmarking-suite homepage

Why

This moves the webpage and result tables out of fhe-benchmarking/face-recognition#6, as requested during review.

Validation

• parsed all five HTML files with Python's standard-library HTML parser
• ran git diff --check

Follow-up

The formal pair_slots=10 sweep completed successfully. These tables contain the final measurement set, including all three Large runs.
