I'm honestly -1 on this.
The main reason is related to the difference between fastify and this website.
Fastify, considering that is distributed as a lib, doesn't need to upgrade to any minor to be well maintained.
On the website instead, the minor versions ship some bugfixes that wouldn't be available anyway.
